The Crusader Sword

Each Crusader sword we make is crafted:

• from 3/8" laminated birch

• with sanding between each coat of paint

• with all edges sanded smooth

• with lead-free and non-toxic materials

Contact us to discuss creation of your design.  $25 minimum for daggers, $35 minimum for shields, and $50 minimum for swords,  depending on design.

Originally designed and crafted for a theatrical production of Robin Hood, the wooden Crusader Sword is 30 inches long with a 1.5 inch wide blade and 6 inch wide guard.

We offer the wooden Crusader Sword in 3 finishes, Premium, Deluxe, and Standard.

Premium: heavy duty, hammered titanium-like finish on the blade and pommel, gold-like finish on the guard, tan faux leather handle wrap, and 3 coats of paint.

Engraved Initials

To give your Crusader Sword a personal touch, you can also select to have your initials engraved in the pommel of your Crusader Sword!

Using  a high-speed dremel-tool, we can engrave your initials (3 letters maximum) in the pommel of your sword, for a minimal additional cost.

Sword Slot

If you order a shield with your Crusader Sword, we can add a slot in the handle of your shield to store your sword - at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Check out the pictures, below.

We can do this for any sword and shield combination. Just select "YES - please add a Sword Slot (no cost)" when you're checking out telling us you want the sword slot in your shield.

• It takes us 1 business day to process your order, then

• We make each sword when you order it - so it takes about 1 week to make each sword, then

• for US orders, 2 to 3 days shipping by US Postal Service Priority Mail, or

• For APO (US overseas), we also ship US Postal Service Priority Mail but we have no influence on how long it will take to get to you.

By the way:  in an effort to keep the shipping and handling costs as low as possible, we ship our products in used cardboard. No point paying for a new box and we don't send it to a landfill!
