How we make your armor

The General Certificate of Compliance required by the Consumer Protection Safety Improvement Act is available here.

Custom designs:

Contact us to discuss creation of your design.  $25 minimum for daggers, $35 minimum for shields, and $50 minimum for swords,  depending on design.

Just in case you were wondering how we make your armor, we've created this page to show you.

The first step is to cut the main piece in it's basic dimensions.

The next step is to draw the basic shape.

Here's a close up of the lines that define the handle.

Now it's time to shape the tip.

Now comes putting the edge on the blade.

Next comes creating the handle.

This picture shows the handle being cut out.

And here's a close up of the cut out handle.

Similar to the handle, now it's time to create the guard.

When the guard is complete, all the pieces are put together.

After sanding, painting and applying jewels - voila - we have a completed sword.

By the way:  in an effort to keep the shipping and handling costs as low as possible, we ship our products in used cardboard. No point paying for a new box and we don't send it to a landfill!
