How we make your armor

The General Certificate of Compliance required by the Consumer Protection Safety Improvement Act is available here.

Just in case you were wondering how we make your armor, we've created this page to show you.

The first step is to cut the main piece in it's basic dimensions.

The next step is to draw the basic shape.

Now it's time to shape the tip.

Now comes putting the edge on the blade.

Similar to the handle, now it's time to create the guard.

When the guard is complete, all the pieces are put together.

Final assembly

After sanding, painting and applying jewels - voila - we have a completed sword.

By the way:  in an effort to keep the shipping and handling costs as low as possible, we ship our products in used cardboard. No point paying for a new box and we don't send it to a landfill!
